      6. (F) Medical or emotional condition or history.
      7. (G) Correctional classification information.

   2. (2) The following categories of other data may be maintained in the Board’s parole records:

      1. (A) Addresses.
      2. (B) Identification documents.
      3. (C) Telephone numbers.
      4. (D) Social security numbers.
      5. (E) Date of birth.
      6. (F) Records of decisions and administrative actions of the Board.
      7. (G) Nationality and immigration status information.
      8. (H) Program attendance and progress.
      9. (I) Sentence and legal custody information.
      10. (J) Community supervision information.
      11. (K) Risk classification information.
      12. (L) Victim information.
