1. (a) The following personal data on complainants, respondents, witnesses or other persons is or may be contained in discriminatory practice case files:

   1. (1) educational records;
   2. (2) financial records;
   3. (3) records of medical or emotional condition or history;
   4. (4) information concerning employment or housing history;
   5. (5) information concerning family or personal relationships;
   6. (6) information concerning reputation or character; and(7) other information which because of name, identifying number, mark or description can be readily associated with a particular person.

2. (b) The following other data is or may be contained in discriminatory practice case files on complainants, respondents, witnesses or other persons:

   1. (1) addresses;
   2. (2) telephone numbers;
   3. (3) social security numbers;
   4. (4) bank account numbers;
   5. (5) income tax information;
   6. (6) employment identification and payroll numbers; and(7) other information which because of name, identifying number, mark or description can be readily associated with a particular person.
