The use of the following photographs, illustrations or depictions shall not be used in a manner that has the capacity, tendency or effect of being misleading or deceptive:
- (1) hospitalized victims or patients;
- (2) ambulances or emergency vehicles;
- (3) medical instruments, facilities or personnel;
- (4) injured persons;
- (5) any photograph or illustration that detracts or unduly emphasizes the risks covered by a particular policy;
- (6) any other photograph, illustration or depiction that tends to be misleading or deceptive.
