Approval of Credit Life Insurance and Credit Accident and Health Insurance Policy Forms

As used in Sections 38a-651-1 to 38a-651-4, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies:

1. (a) ‘‘Commissioner’’ means the Insurance Commissioner of the State of Connecticut.
2. (b) ‘‘Form’’ means a credit life insurance or credit accident and health insurance, policy or application, certificate, notice of proposed insurance rider or endorsement used in connection therewith.
3. (c) ‘‘Insurer’’ means an insurance company licensed by the Commissioner to write credit life insurance or credit accident and health insurance.
4. (d) “SERFF” means National Association of Insurance Commissioners System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing.
