Approval of Form of Life Insurance and Annuity Policies and Contracts

As used in Sections 38a-430-1 to 38a-430-4, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies:

1. (a) ‘‘Commissioner’’ means the Insurance Commissioner of the State of Connecticut.
2. (b) ‘‘Form’’ means a life insurance or annuity policy or contract, or application, certificate, rider or endorsement used in connection therewith.
3. (c) ‘‘Insurer’’ means an insurance company licensed by the Commissioner to write life insurance or annuities.
4. (d) “SERFF” means the National Association of Insurance Commissioners System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing.
