Enterprise Zone Program: Non-Eligible Businesses

As used in section 32-75-2, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies:

1. (1) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development;
2. (2) "Department" means the Department of Economic and Community Development;
3. (3) "Enterprise zone benefits" means those tax abatements and tax credits provided under the Connecticut General Statutes to companies locating in designated enterprise zones;
4. (4) "Relocation" means the transferring of personnel or employment positions from one or more existing locations to another location.
