1. (a) Postponement of a hearing ordinarily will not be allowed.
2. (b) Except in the case of an extreme emergency or in unusual circumstances, no such request will be considered unless received in writing at least 3 days in advance of the time set for the hearing.
3. (c) No postponement in excess of 30 days shall be allowed without Commission approval.
