1. (a) An individual shall be ineligible for benefits if the Administrator finds that the individual has left employment to attend a school, college or university as a regularly enrolled full-time student for so long as the individual is in attendance.
2. (b) For purposes of this section, "school" means an established institution of vocational, academic or technical instruction or education, other than a college or university.
3. (c) For purposes of this section, "regularly enrolled full-time student" means an individual who has registered for sufficient credits to constitute full-time status, as determined by the school, college or university.
