1. (a) No cost training. The administrator shall, whenever possible, refer a dislocated employee to suitable training which is provided at no cost to the individual or to the Employee Dislocation Allowance Fund.
2. (b) Applicable standards. The standards, procedures and requirements of the training program to which an individual is referred under this section shall apply to the individual.
3. (c) Fees prohibited. In no case shall an individual be referred to training under this section for which the individual is required to pay a fee or tuition.
