1. (a) Requests to inspect or copy indexed information shall be made in writing to the Affirmative Action Administrator who shall make said index available for inspection during normal business hours of the Office of the Commissioner.
2. (b) Requests for copies shall be in writing and processed by the Department at cost as provided by Section 1-15 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as may be amended.
