1. (a) Each water company supplying water to 1,000 or more persons or 250 or more consumers, and any other water company requested by the commissioner, shall submit a water supply plan for approval in conformance with Sections 25-32d-1a through 25-32d-6, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
2. (b) If the commissioner requests a water company to submit an initial plan, the water company shall submit the plan within two years from the date of the request.
3. (c) If the commissioner requests a water company to submit a revised plan, the water company shall submit the plan within one year from the date of the request.

4. (d) In preparing the plan, the water company shall:

   1. (1) Provide a separate analysis for each water supply system;
   2. (2) use gallons as a unit of measure; and(3) use the most current national geodetic vertical datum from the National Geodetic Survey, unless otherwise specified.
