- (a) Water treatment plants shall be classified according to points assigned to each plant based on the ABC system. The classification form shall be provided by the Department, and shall be filled in by the system. The contents of such form shall be verified by the department. The classifications are as follows: Class I30 points or lessClass II31-55 pointsClass III56-75 pointsClass IV76 points or greater
