1. (a) No person in a Class C Noise Zone shall emit noise exceeding the levels stated herein and applicable to adjacent Noise Zones: ReceptorCBA/DayA/NightClass C Emitter to70 dBA66 dBA61 dBA51 dBALevels emitted in excess of the values listed above shall be considered excessive noise.
2. (b) No person in a Class B Noise Zone shall emit noise exceeding the levels stated herein and applicable to adjacent Noise Zones: ReceptorReceptorCBA/DayA/NightClass B Emitter to62 dBA62 dBA55 dBA45 dBALevels emitted in excess of the values listed above shall be considered excessive noise.
3. (c) No person in a Class A Noise Zone shall emit noise exceeding the levels stated herein and applicable to adjacent Noise Zones: ReceptorCBA/DayA/NightClass C Emitter to62 dBA55 dBA55 dBA45 dBALevels emitted in excess of the values listed above shall be considered excessive noise.
