Operators of premises feeding swine shall see that all solid wastes such as residual garbage and manure removed from pens, feeding platforms and buildings shall be disposed of in a sanitary manner. Acceptable methods of disposal include:

1. (1) Burial or landfill;
2. (2) compost;
3. (3) cesspool;
4. (4) spread on land and plowed under.
