1. (a) The prescribing pharmacist shall take reasonable precautions to ensure that the patient is able to provide the required health information, including, but not limited to, responses to the screening document and any interview questions, in a confidential manner.
2. (b) No pharmacist or pharmacy shall reveal any records or information concerning the nature of pharmaceutical services rendered to a patient in contravention of state or federal law.
