1. (a) A pharmacy is not required to have a prescribing pharmacist to accept a transfer of a prescription for a hormonal contraceptive and such prescription, including a prescription written by a prescribing pharmacist, may be transferred to any pharmacy.
2. (b) All transferred prescriptions shall comply with the requirements set forth in section 20-616 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
