1. (a) Real estate licensees shall be required to complete one continuing education course designated as a mandatory course by the real estate commission. If multiple continuing education courses are approved by the real estate commission to satisfy the mandatory course requirement, a real estate licensee may choose one of the approved courses to satisfy this requirement.
2. (b) The continuing education course hours for a completed mandatory course shall be counted toward the total number of continuing education hours completed by a licensee.
