Marital and Family Therapists

1. (1) "Department" means the Department of Public Health.

2. (2) "Regionally accredited college or university" means one of the following regional accrediting bodies:

   1. (a) New England Association of Schools and Colleges;
   2. (b) Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools;
   3. (c) North Central Association of Colleges and Schools;
   4. (d) Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges;
   5. (e) Southern Association of Colleges and Schools; and
   6. (f) Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
