Standards for the Review of Graduate Medical Training

For the purposes of sections 20-10-4 to 20-10-6, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies:

1. (1) "Applicant" means a person seeking physician licensure pursuant to Chapter 370 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
2. (2) "Department" means the Department of Public Health.
3. (3) "Senior physician executive" means a sponsoring department chair, training program director or medical staff officer in the United States.
