- (a) Chief Medical Examiner. The chief medical examiner shall meet all qualifications as specified in section 19a-404 of the Connecticut General Statutes and shall be certified by the American Board of Pathology in forensic pathology.
- (b) Deputy Chief Medical Examiner. The deputy chief medical examiner shall meet all of the qualifications required for the chief medical examiner in subsection (a) of this section.
- (c) Associate Medical Examiners. Associate medical examiners shall meet all qualifications as specified in the State of Connecticut job specification, "Associate Medical Examiner."
