Operation of Commission on Medicolegal Investigations Reports of Death, Suicide Notes and Personal Data
As used in sections 19a-401-1 to 19a-401-6, inclusive, 19a-401-9, 19a-401-10, and 19a-401-12 to 19a-401-17, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
- (a) "Commission" means the Commission on Medicolegal Investigations.
- (b) "Office" means the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
- (c) "Institution" has the same meaning as provided in section 19a-490 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
