Any call may be terminated for the following reasons:
- (a) Violation of unit rules.
- (b) Illegal activity.
- (c) Exceeding applicable time limits.
- (d) Vandalism or misuse of equipment.
- (e) Threatening or disruptive behavior.
- (f) In the event of a unit emergency.
- (g) For a legitimate penological interest.
