1. (a) The licensee shall submit a current annual license application packet at least thirty days prior to the anniversary date of initial licensure and annually thereafter.
2. (b) For any residence housing more than four residents, an annual non-refundable licensing fee of fifty dollars payable to the treasurer, State of Connecticut, shall be submitted with the licensing packet.
