1. (a) The clinic shall consider for admission all referrals regardless of race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, disabilities or ethnic origin.
2. (b) In the case of refusal, the clinic shall document the reason for refusing admission and so inform the referring agency of these reasons and include recommendations for a more appropriate treatment program.
