The Eviction Prevention Program is available to an applicant who meets the following criteria:

1. (a) resides in Connecticut;
2. (b) has a gross family income at or below 60% of the state median income adjusted for family size;
3. (c) is at risk of becoming homeless or is in imminent danger of eviction or foreclosure; and
4. (d) is not in default on any Eviction Prevention Program loan.
