Conn. Agencies Regs. § 17-31aa-4
A grant provided to a recipient under this program shall be used only for the following costs directy attributable to the program:
| (1) Facility use costs: | Maintenance Utilities |
| (2) Program operation costs: | Transportation Liability insurance coverage |
