(a) General StatementThe Department of Income Maintenance has the responsibility to detect and terminate instances of duplicate participation.
(b) DefinitionDuplicate ParticipationHouseholds or individuals receiving Food Stamp Benefits in two or more cases during the same issuance month.
(c) Prohibition Against Duplicate ParticipationHouseholds and individuals are prohibited from participating in the Food Stamp program as eligible members of two or more cases during the same issuance month.
