- (a) No employer or person may take or threaten to take any retaliatory action against any employee for the disclosure of information pursuant to the provisions of sections 16-8a and 31-51m of the Connecticut General Statutes.
- (b) Any employee found to have knowingly made a false report shall be subject to disciplinary action by his employer, up to and including dismissal.
