1. (a) The nature and purpose of the employee personal data file system is to maintain accurate and current information regarding department employees' employment qualifications; employment history; relevant tax information; payroll related data and any other information necessary for the conduct of the department's personnel and employee related functions.
2. (b) The employee personal data file system is both manual and automated and is located at the office of the Department of Public Utility Control, One Central Park Plaza, New Britain, Connecticut. The department is responsible for maintaining the system and requests for disclosure or amendment of information should be made in care of the department's personnel director.
3. (c) Employee personal data system is comprised of information contained in the individual employment files of each department employee.
