Hearings, Procedure

1. (a) Purpose of hearing. The purpose of the hearing in a contested case shall be to provide to all parties an opportunity to present evidence and argument on all issues to be considered by the commissioners.
2. (b) Uncontested disposition of case. Unless precluded by law, any contested case may be resolved by stipulation, agreed settlement consent order or default upon order of the commissioners. Upon such disposition a copy of the order of the commissioners shall be served on each party.
