Hearing Process—Contesting Removal of a Vessel

As used in sections 15-9-1 to 15-9-5, inclusive,

1. (a) "Hearing Officer" means a person duly and properly appointed, according to Section 15-9-2 and Section 15-9 of the Connecticut General Statutes to conduct hearings under the provisions of Section 15-9 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
2. (b) "Appointing official" means a person(s) authorized to appoint hearing officers pursuant to Section 15-9 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
