Each application for an airport license shall be on a form supplied by the department and shall be accompanied by the following fees:
- (1) Commercial, twenty-five dollars;
- (2) private, fifteen dollars;
- (3) municipal, no fee. The airport license shall continue effective for one year from date of issuance thereof and shall be renewed annually.
