On the waters of Long Pond and Bush Pond, both located in the towns of Ledyard and North Stonington, the following restrictions shall apply:

1. (a) No motorboat shall be operated on such waters at a speed in excess of five miles per hour.
2. (b) Water skiing and similar activities involving the towing of any person behind a vessel under power are prohibited on such waters.
