Conn. Agencies Regs. § 10-287c-30
For applications submitted on and after July 1, 2026, the maximum allowable cost per square foot shall be the sum of the cost per square foot as listed in this subsection for each grade being housed at the school building divided by the total number of grades being housed at the school building.
