History: P.A. 06-43 added new Subsec. (b) re affirmative defense and redesignated existing Subsec. (b) as Subsec. (c), effective July 1, 2006; P.A. 10-115 amended Subsec. (a) to limit applicability of offense to person 16 years of age or older, added new Subsec. (c) re presumption of coercion of person 16 or 17 years of age and redesignated existing Subsec.
