Conn. Gen. Stat. § 53-237a

Concealment of delivery: Class A misdemeanor.

  1. (a) A person is guilty of concealment of delivery who intentionally conceals the delivery of any child, whether such child was delivered alive or dead.
  2. (b) Concealment of delivery is a class A misdemeanor.
