A deed following the form entitled “Testamentary Trustee's Deed”, when duly executed, has the force and effect of conveying to the grantee the fee simple title which a deceased person had at the time of his death, or which the trustee has pursuant to authority given in the last will and testament of a deceased person with covenants that
