Conn. Gen. Stat. § 46b-543
Application of provisions re collection of gametes.
Effective Jan 1, 2022(P.A. 21-15, S. 79.)
(a) The provisions of sections 46b-542 to 46b-547, inclusive, apply only to gametes collected on or after January 1, 2022.
(b) The provisions of this section do not apply to gametes collected from a donor whose identity is known to the recipient of the gametes at the time of the donation.
