§ 46b-42

Conn. Gen. Stat. § 46b-42

(Formerly Sec. 46-33). Jurisdiction.

The Superior Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of all complaints seeking a decree of annulment, dissolution of a marriage or legal separation.
