History: June 18 Sp. Sess. P.A. 97-8 amended Subsec. (a) by replacing the exemption for managed care organizations with an exemption for the arrangements of managed care organizations offered to individuals covered under self-insured plans, effective July 1, 1997; P.A. 99-284 deleted obsolete reference to Sec. 38a-514a from Subsec.
