Conn. Gen. Stat. § 36a-634
Regulations.
Effective Jul 1, 1993(P.A. 93-382, S. 66, 69.)
The commissioner shall adopt, pursuant to chapter 54, such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 36a-625 to 36a-633, inclusive.
