There shall be within the Department of Aging and Disability Services a dementia services coordinator. The dementia services coordinator shall
- (1) coordinate dementia services across state agencies,
- (2) assess and analyze dementia-related data collected by the state,
- (3) evaluate state-funded dementia services,
- (4) identify and support the development of dementia-specific training programs, and
- (5) perform any other relevant duties to support individuals with dementia in the state, as determined by the Commissioner of Aging and Disability Services.
