1. (a) The Department of Administrative Services shall include reimbursement for reasonable lease costs that are determined by the Commissioner of Administrative Services to be required as part of a school building project grant under this chapter.
2. (b) The Department of Administrative Services shall require renovation projects under this chapter to meet the same state and federal codes and regulations as are required for alteration projects.
