Colo. Rev. Stat. § 9-6-107 – Violation - penalty.

If any person, partnership, or corporation violates any of the provisions of sections 9-6-105 and 9-6-106, such person, the members of such partnership, or the officers or agents of such corporation commit a class 2 misdemeanor.
