As used in this part 3:

1. (1) Applicant means a person that applies to receive a grant from the scale-up grant program.
2. (2) Scale-up grant fund or fund means the scale-up grant fund created in section 8-15.7-305.
3. (3) Scale-up grant program or grant program means the scale-up grant program created in section 8-15.7-302.
