Colo. Rev. Stat. § 7-64-104 – Supplemental principles of law.

(1) Unless displaced by particular provisions of this article, the principles of law and equity supplement this article.
(2) If an obligation to pay interest arises under this article and the rate is not specified, the rate is that specified in section 5-12-102, C.R.S.
