§ 7-58-502

Colo. Rev. Stat. § 7-58-502

Becoming a member.

(1) A person becomes a member:
1. (a) As provided in the articles or bylaws;
2. (b) As the result of a merger or conversion under part 16 of this article; or
3. (c) With the consent of all the members.
