Colo. Rev. Stat. § 7-137-100.3 – Definitions.

As used in this article 137, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) Existing corporate entity means any corporate entity that was in existence on June 30, 1998, and that was incorporated under articles 20 to 29 of this title 7 or elected to accept such articles as provided therein.
