Colo. Rev. Stat. § 7-127-209 – Other methods of electing directors.

(1) A nonprofit corporation may provide in its bylaws for election of directors by voting members or delegates:
1. (a) On the basis of chapter or other organizational unit;
2. (b) By region or other geographic unit;
3. (c) By preferential voting; or
4. (d) By any other reasonable method.
