Colo. Rev. Stat. § 6-4-104 – Illegal restraint of trade or commerce.

(1) Entering into or engaging in any of the following in restraint of trade or commerce is illegal:
1. (a) A contract;
2. (b) A combination in the form of a trust or other form of combination; or
3. (c) A conspiracy.
